1.2 Product Information Guarantee

1.3 Money-Back Guarantee

For orders above a specified amount, the return period may vary. Please contact our customer care for specific return policies applicable to your purchase.
To qualify for a full refund, the product(s) must be returned undamaged , unworn and unaltared within the prescribed return period. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to take advantage of our money-back guarantee, please contact our customer care team, and we will guide you through the return process.
1.4 Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
All jewelry purchased from Laurenstone comes with a two-years warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that you can enjoy your jewelry with confidence, knowing that any manufacturing defects will be addressed promptly and professionally. 1.5 Free Size Adjustment Guarantee
We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. Therefore, we offer a free size adjustment on ring purchases, provided the request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to bespoke rings. For further details, please refer to the relevant sections in our Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Placing an Order
• Begin by selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase and adding them to your shopping cart.
• Review the summary of your order in the order overview.
2.2 Personalization and Engraving
• Customers purchasing rings have the option to personalize and engrave their item before confirming their order. Engraving is available for an additional fee, provided it is possible for the selected item.
( Engraving Service starting 2025 Fall )
• For bespoke items, customers must specify their engraving during the design process. For further information about special finishes and engravings, please contact our client service team.
2.3 Order Confirmation
• After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
• Laurenstone will then review your order and the prices of the listed items. You will be informed if there are any discrepancies or if your order is unavailable.
2. 4 Shipping and Delivery Confirmation
• Once your order is reviewed and confirmed, Laurenstone will ship your item(s) and send you a delivery confirmation via email. This completes the sales contract between Laurenstone and you.
2.5 Order Summary and Acceptance
• When ordering items (“Goods”) from our online store, the final details of your order will be displayed on the “Order Summary” page. After reviewing the details, you will be asked to place your order (“Order”).
• After placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Please note
that this email does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order unless expressly indicated.
2.6 Sales Contract
• The presentation of goods on the Website does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. By placing your order, you make an offer to Laurenstone to conclude a sales contract.
• The sales contract is only concluded when the ordered item(s) are shipped, and the delivery confirmation is sent to you.
3.Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are specified before the customer’s order confirmation. We strive to deliver the goods within the deadlines specified in the shipping confirmation. However, delays can be unavoidable due to unforeseen factors, especially with custom-made items. Laurenstone assumes no liability for delays caused by failures to meet delivery deadlines. Nothing in this contract is intended to limit the liability for damage to life, body, or health that is the result of a negligent breach of duty by Laurenstone or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or proxy of Laurenstone.
3.2 Risk of Loss and Damage
The risk of loss and damage to the goods shall pass to you when the goods
are handed over.
3.3 Delivery Carriers
Generally, the carrier of your order will be:
• FedEx or UPS for any country worldwide;
• Under special circumstances, the delivery agent may be another representative named by Laurenstone, such as Brinks for high-value goods.
3.4 Delivery Address and Confirmation
The delivery address is provided by you during the ordering process.
a) Unless stated otherwise, we will dispatch the order to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you require a different delivery address, please notify our team at least 5 days prior to the dispatch date.
b) The goods are always deemed to have been delivered when our delivery service delivers them to the delivery address you have provided. The signature of the delivery note by you or a person previously named in the ordering process is required.
c) The goods are also deemed to have been delivered when you pick up the goods at the address provided by our delivery service on the delivery note.
3.5 Dispatch Notification
You will receive a notification when your goods have been dispatched (a “Dispatch Notification”). You must inform us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than within 72 hours of the Dispatch Notification if you have not received your goods within 48 hours of first receiving the Dispatch Notification. To inform us that your goods have not been delivered, please contact us.
3.6 Non-Delivery and Collection
Should a direct delivery not be possible due to a lack of acceptance, you are obliged to collect the goods within 5 working days of receiving notification from our delivery service that the goods are ready for collection. After the expiration of the period of 5 working days, the goods are considered rejected. In such cases, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods, minus the cost of delivery, if paid by you, and minus the costs charged to us by the respective shipping company for returning the goods to us. (If the goods are custom-made, we reserve the right to only reimburse the costs for the item(s) itself, but not the costs that arise as a result of the individualization of the item(s)).
3.7 Delivery Address Security
To protect against theft, we recommend that you provide a delivery address
that is not accessible to third parties.

4. Returns and Refund
4.1 Defective Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods delivered prove to be faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, Laurenstone will offer to replace or repair the goods or, if you prefer, refund the purchase price for the return of the defective goods. Under applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a short-term right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described to get a full refund. This right is limited to 14 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. This warranty becomes effective in addition to your statutory warranty claims, which are not affected by this. If you want to make a warranty claim, please contact us.
4.2 Return of Defective Goods
If defective goods are returned, regardless of the legal basis for the return, the respective goods must be returned in full. If the goods are in additional packaging within the outer packaging (shipping box) when delivered, such as special additional protective packaging, gift packaging, a ring box, or a jewelry box, this packaging is considered a part of the delivered goods and must be returned to us as well when the jewelry is returned.
4.3 Enforcing the Warranty
To enforce the warranty, the goods must be returned in full, including any special, additional packaging (except the original shipping box) and the certificate that may have been sent with the goods. Additionally, proof of purchase must be presented by the buyer. Should the certificate not be sent alongside the goods, we may charge a fee for a replacement certificate. You have the right to provide evidence that we have not incurred any damage or cost for the replacement certificate.
4.4 Insufficient Delivery
In the event of insufficient delivery, costs for special or additional packaging and other supplementary material may be charged. The cost of returning the goods to us and insuring them during transport shall be borne by you. The cost may vary depending on the country the goods are sent from and their value.
4.5 Compensation for Damaged Goods
Should the goods show signs of damage or deterioration, we are permitted to demand compensation from you to account for the diminishment in their value. We reserve the right to offset this compensation against any repayments to you. In this case, our repayment to you can be reduced accordingly.
4.6 Safe Return Practices
For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not put the name Laurenstone on the packaging of your return, as it may increase the risk of your package being stolen or opened in transit. To arrange the return of defective goods, please contact us, and we will provide you with further instructions. 5. Warranty,Resize,Repairs
5.1 Warranty
Laurenstone goods come with two-years warranty against manufacturing and processing defects. This warranty does not apply to goods that are exposed to wear and tear, misuse, or damage to property, regardless of the causes. The item(s) must not be damaged by improper handling or improper external impacts (e.g., knocks, dents, or pressure) and must not be changed, manipulated, repaired, or serviced by a service provider other than Laurenstone. Wear and tear caused by the intended use of the piece of jewelry does not constitute manufacturing defects and is not covered by the warranty. If the purchased jewelry has been tampered with or changed in any way by you, another jeweler, or any other third party, the warranty becomes void.
5.2 Warranty Claims Process
All returns for which a warranty claim is asserted are subject to verification and authentication by the Laurenstone team. The item(s) must be classified as defective as a result of a manufacturing defect by our production department. If claims from this guarantee are asserted, the decision about the further procedure (exchange, repair, or similar) depends on the individual case and will be discussed with you but will remain at our sole discretion.
5.3 Complimentary Resizing Service
We recognize the challenge of obtaining the perfect ring size and the significance of having a precise fit for optimal comfort. At Laurenstone, we offer a complimentary resizing service within 30 days of the delivery date. To arrange for resizing, please contact our client service team at clientservice@laurenstone.co. One of our skilled craftsmen will resize, clean, and polish your item.
5.4 Non-Resizable Rings
Please note that certain rings cannot be resized. This includes full set eternity bands and specific bespoke designs. Should resizing not be feasible, we offer the option to exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a similar style product or the same product in the correct size.
