If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Window: Returns, exchanges, and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging, accessories, documents, and protective materials intact, including tags and stickers (if applicable).

Exclusions: Items that are engraved, resized, modified, custom-made, or special orders are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Altered Items: Items that are scratched, broken, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Lost or Damaged Returns: Laurenstone is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

 

Request a Return Authorization:

Email clientservice@laurenstone.co with the subject line: Return – (Your Order Number) before sending back your item.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Include Order Details: Your package must include your order number, full name, and tracking number.

Proper Packaging: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, along with any receipts or evaluation documents.

Tracking Information: Ensure your order number and full name are included in the package.

 

Important Notes:

 

If exchanging for a different item or length, the price will be recalculated accordingly.

 

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Laurenstone is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

Processing Time for Returns

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

A return confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.

Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Engraved & Custom Items: These items cannot be returned or refunded.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

 

Comparative Purchasing Policy: 

Comparative purchasing—buying multiple items with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest—is not permitted. To preserve the exceptional quality of our pieces and maintain fair pricing for all customers, we actively discourage this practice. Orders suspected of comparative purchasing may be subject to cancellation, return restrictions, or blocked from shipping..
