When will my order arrive ?

At Laurenstone, each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and tailored to order. We strongly encourage our valued customers to create a complimentary account with us to easily monitor the status of their purchases. While the majority of our jewelry items are shipped within 14 business days, more intricate pieces may require additional time for creation and delivery.

Can I send my order to another address ?

We offer the flexibility to ship your order to an address separate from your billing address. However, please be advised that once an item has been shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery route.

Resizing

We recognize that selecting the perfect ring size can be challenging. To ease this process, we provide complimentary resizing services within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that certain products, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized and would necessitate a return/exchange instead. For additional details, please refer to our Size Guide page.
