We recognize the challenge of obtaining the perfect ring size and the significance of having a precise fit for optimal comfort. At Laurenstone, we offer a complimentary resizing service within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Please contact our client service team, and we will arrange for one of our skilled craftsmen to resize, clean, and polish your item.

It is important to note that certain rings cannot be resized, including full set eternity bands and specific bespoke designs. Should resizing not be feasible, we offer the option to exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a similar style product or the same product in the correct size.  If you opt to exchange for a new ring with additional gemstones and diamonds, any price difference would need to be met.
